I’m excited to share my latest article as an Executive Contributor with Brainz Magazine.
This month, I wrote about something that often gets overlooked when we think about energy:
Rhythm.
As the days get longer and life becomes more active, many people naturally start doing more — more work, more movement, more socializing. There’s a sense of momentum that builds this time of year.
But what I often see in my practice is this:
Energy rises…
Schedules fill…
And without structure, depletion follows.
It’s a cycle that feels familiar to many — and it doesn’t have to be.
In Ayurveda, sustainable energy isn’t created by doing more. It’s created by supporting your body with consistent rhythm — how you eat, how you rest, how you move, and how you recover.
When rhythm is in place, everything functions more efficiently.
Digestion strengthens.
The nervous system stabilizes.
Energy becomes steady instead of unpredictable.
In this new article, I explore how building simple, supportive rhythms can help you create lasting strength, clarity, and momentum — without burning out.
This work is not about restriction or rigid routines.
It’s about alignment.
If you’ve been feeling the push and pull between doing more and feeling depleted, I invite you to read the full article here:

Energy isn’t something you have to chase.
It’s something your body can sustain — when it’s supported properly.
With care,
Tiffanae
